Ambler Holiday Parade
The 2006 parade season ended very nicely on December 2 in downtown Ambler with a Holiday Parade. The tree line behind our vehicles made it difficult for photographing however here are a few of the vehicles and our drivers.
Mayfair Holiday Parade
On Sunday November 19th the Eastern division participated in the Mayfair Holiday Parade. Members present were Bob Keen in WC-59, Joe Phelan and Bill Montelius in Joe’s M38A1, Bill Meredith and his wife in M151, Jim Maier in M211, Bill Maier in M37B1, Janice Skrot with Stephanie, Anna, Georgie and Corynn (Preston) in Uncle Jim’s M1009 CUCV. Stace Leichliter in M151, Glen Hatfield in M151.
Veteran's Day
On Veteran’s Day, members of the GPA supplied vintage Military vehicles for display at the Middletown Township’s New Veteran’s Memorial Park dedication ceremony. Brief speeches were given by local Politicians, Township Supervisors, Park Committee Members, Veterans and Clergy. Bill Beadling, a member of the GPA MVHS, is also a member of the Memorial Park Committee. This park is in the planning stages now. When groundbreaking and future events occur, the GPA will try to assist with vehicles or displays.
Troops and Trains
On November 4th & 5th, members of the GPA MHVS participated in the Troops & Trains Event at the PA Railroad Museum in Strasburg, PA.
Philadelphia Columbus Day Parade
For this event we supply vehicles to transport the members of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge

St. Patrick's Day Parade
On Sunday March 11th, we were supporting the members of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge in the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade. We had eight vehicles on hand. 2 MB's, M38A1, M37, M151, M998, M109, M211
Middletown Grange Fair
August 15th through the 19th, members of the GPA MVHS supplied vehicles for display at the 59th Annual Middletown Grange Fair in Wrightstown, PA.

Lawncrest & Cheltenham Independence Day Parades
On the 4th of July, our Eastern Div. members participated in the Lawncrest Independence Day Parade, immediately followed by the Cheltenham Independence Day Parade.

Tacony History Day Parade
On September 15th, Members in the Eastern Division once again participated in the annual Tacony History Day Parade in Northeast Philadelphia, PA.

Columbus Day Parade
For the Philadelphia Columbus Day Parade, we supply vehicles for the members of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge.
